Additional Guests

Additional people, beyond the stated number of people listed per cabin, are $20 per person, per night. Dogs or cats are $20 per night. See pet policy below.

Quiet Hours

11pm – 8am. Sound travels, please be considerate of our other guests.

Internet/WiFi

Take the time to unwind and disconnect. Cell phone service is good but take the opportunity to be unreachable. Wifi is available in some cabins and the main barn area.

Pets

Friendly, well-behaved pets are welcome here. This is a lovely space to enjoy with your dog or cat. We will usually honor a request to bring a pet if we can, and space permits. Please make arrangements with us prior to arrival, as some accommodations are not a good match for certain pets. There is a fee to bring your pet to Mishnoah. Dogs must be on leash and we ask that you please do not leave them unattended in cabins or vehicles.

Pond Use

The pond is open to lodging guests seasonally during daylight hours. You may borrow our kayaks, paddle boards, row boat or canoe. Please use life vests provided, do not sit on the paddle boards on land and return paddles and water crafts to their rightful location.

Bring With You

It’s a great idea to bring slippers and warm clothing layers. The cabin floors can be cool and the day to night temperature differential can be steep. Bring pond towels if you are coming in the summer.

Facility Access

While we are in the process of rehabilitating Mishnoah Retreat certain areas are closed to public access. Please respect all signage. Guests are welcome to use our public facilities including bath houses and grounds. Respect overnight guest’s privacy by staying on designated roads and paths.

Smoking

Please smoke only in designated areas, never indoors, and dispose of your cigarette butts in a proper place.

Garbage/Trash

Please use designated bins for trash and recycling. Dumping of hazardous materials is not permitted anywhere on the property. Help us keep Mishnoah Retreat clean and beautiful for all to enjoy.

Reduce Waste

Please do not bring disposable plastic water bottles. We are on a well and our water is excellent.

Alcohol/Drugs

Mishnoah Retreat is a safe, child-friendly environment. Please be respectful when consuming alcohol. Illegal drugs are not permitted.

Firearms/Fireworks

Are strictly forbidden.

Fires

Please use designated fire pits or rings, do not leave a fire unattended and fully extinguish all fires when you are done. No open flames are allowed inside a cabin.

Behavior

Disorderly conduct, profanity or any act of vandalism is not welcome. Excessive use of alcohol, unruly conduct, disturbances of peace and quiet or willful and careless destruction of property will result in eviction from the premises.

Mishnoah Retreat employees and management reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Applicable laws and ordinances of the city, county and state will be adhered to.

General Liability

The guest assumes all risk and dangers incidental to the activity of glamping in a rustic outdoor environment, including specifically (but not limited to), the danger of being injured by insects or other animals; of being injured while participating in recreational activities – such as hiking, biking, swimming, playing at Mishnoah Retreat; or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions, and agrees that Mishnoah Retreat and its owners, agents, and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.
